The fabric is super soft and the neon is hyper bright—and every time I wear it, I get compliments! I also love how smoothing it is over bras; I was afraid that every bulge would show, but it has this effect of smoothing away any lumps and bumps. Highly recommend!

I usually wear a small, but I am bigger chested so I would need to sz up next time. I didn't think of this at the time.
